The Corporation of the City of Kingston (the “City”) owns and operates the MacLachlan Woodworking Museum. The City cannot collect or use your personal information unless it is authorized to do so by the Municipal Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act (“MFIPPA”). The City must give you advance notice of: (a) its authority to collect your personal information; (b) how your personal information will be used; and (c) whom to contact if you have questions about the use of your personal information.
