Shane Pyman is a carpenter with approximately 10 years of professional experience. After attending the Heritage Carpentry program at Algonquin College, he apprenticed in general carpentry and renovations with an eye for custom cabinetry and millwork. He has owned and operated Pyman Heritage Carpentry for the last 4 years, specializing in interior built-ins, replication millwork and furniture. Inspired by the patience and mastery of traditional craftsmen, he hopes to be able to pass along the basic skills and techniques to allow anyone to design and create their own masterpiece.
More recently, Shane has decided to take time away from Carpentry to follow an interest in artificial intelligence and has founded a startup building AI analysis tools. His hobbies now include rock climbing, camping and, of course, carpentry.
